Primary Functions:

• Lead Engineering projects and lead technical resource for HST new projects
• Contribute to systems level technical concepts, architecture and designs
• Work closely with other technical groups in defining designs, solving technical issues, generating machine algorithms and machine operations
• Integration of all sub-systems and modules into functional systems
• Design of key machine systems functions and systems components
• Direct more junior engineers and technicians on technical designs and issues

Qualifications:

• A B.S.E.E. or B.S.M.E. or equivalent combination of experience and education. 

• 10+ years experience
  

• Automation equipment experience   

• Hands on debug and integration skills

• Willing to travel occassionally

• Must have a strong work ethic and good written and verbal communication skills. 

• Must be able to work independently with a minimum supervision or direction.

• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, sales/marketing, customer support, and manufacturing.

• Work well within the team environment.
